I'm a puddle of goo. The Wolf at the Door had me shuddering, The Eye of the Storm shook me to pieces. Beautiful. Brilliant. Amazing. I don't have the right adjectives for this. I love the coldness and the distance here. I love how these two pieces fit so well together. Gah. I don't have the words.

That was mildly spectacular. Oh, wait a minute. Did I say mildly? I'm sorry, I've lied. It was incredibly spectacular. That's better. Anywho, I think you may have gotten me hooked on DarkDoctor. Excellent. This was one of the better one shots I've ever ran across, so good on you for that. The description was amazing and you really managed to make the Doctor frightening. I have a particular love of the line mentioning that he never runs any more. It's such a defining part of the light!Doctor - he gives chances and prefers escape over revenge, and a Doctor who has given up on such human things as mercy is utterly terrifying.

I'm sad to say that I honestly cannot say which should be read first. The pairing works perfectly, and though they may stand alone they're really more terrifying together (and I speak of both the characters and the stories here).

Ooh. I liked it. I have wondered about dark!Doctor and dark!Rose. I think you pulled it off fairly well. Good job :)
