LinBates chapter 1 . 8/28/2013 All so true! One thing about this episode has always bothered me. We have been shown over and over again that Merlin can sense magical objects, so why didn't he sense the magical bracelet Lancelot de Lac gave Gwen? Especially as he knew Lancelot de Lac was a shade? |
CaptainOzone chapter 1 . 7/30/2012 Wow. This was a sad, but beautiful way to describe Arthur's thoughts and feelings during Gwen's betrayal. Not only did you draw upon Gwen's honesty, which was a BRILLIANT way to characterize her and to show just how horrible her actions are in the eyes of everyone (including herself) and which was a wonderful way to show her relationship with Arthur, but you made Arthur dwell on his thoughts towards Lancelot. THAT was unlike anything I've ever read before. You've added a depth to the Arthur-Lancelot relationship that VERY few have ever tried to explain before, and I LOVED it. :D |
Merlinfanatic77 chapter 1 . 7/17/2012 Aww! So touching! ;) |
mcfuz chapter 1 . 7/16/2012 Wow. There are times when I read certain fanfictions, and just sit back in my chair for a minute or two, unable to write a review quite yet. This was one of those stories. I cried in the episode when Arthur discovered Gwen and Lancelot. It was so unfair, so absolutely terrible, and you conveyed this perfectly. Bravo, hats off, etc. Excuse me while I go and sniffle in a corner. :'( Keep writing! |
Harleyzgirl chapter 1 . 7/14/2012 You brought Arthur's pain alive and redeemed him greatly for his abhorrent distrust of Gwen in that ep. Well done. |
larasmith chapter 1 . 7/14/2012 Aggravating and Morgana have really destroyed ARWEN! Arthur hates and distrusts Gwen forever until miracles happen! When will that be though? |
gorgeousangel chapter 1 . 7/14/2012 Oh my gosh. I could feel Arthur s pain and anger as well as how difficult the decision he was faced with was. When I watch the scene l am normally so angry because noone knew Gwen enough to know she would never have betrayed Arthur. It's good to have another point of view. Well written. |
