A very nicely told couple of stories, one of Gin and her big brothers, one of Gin and Draco-with a bit at the end for Draco, alone. It *feels* right. The touches of character, the different interactions Gin has with most of the males in her life, the slow, very careful progress of the relationship: nothing stands out obtrusive or trying to find an easy way to move things along much faster. If anything, it's vaguely charming watching the pair-defensive, badly burnt people both, who can't accept what's possible without testing the lay of the land ten times-do their dance and surprise each other along the way.

Excellent grammar and punctuation, effective pacing. Thank you again for taking the time and effort to write this up, and share it!

Oh I loved this. Beautifully written with just the perfect amount of humour and a bit of suspense.
Characters portrayed realistically...i could picture each as though I was sitting at that table with them!
I would live to read more of this 'universe' as you put it.
I don't know if you are still writing in FF as this was written several years ago...i do hope you are still at least receiving reviews.

I just love your story. The use of flashbacks was an excellent idea and the dynamic between the Weasleys was cute and hilarious. I'm not really a D/G fan but the way you write them made me want to root for them. Good job!

I know you wrote this ages ago and might not even be receiving these reviews but IF YOU DO know that I enjoyed this story more than I can describe. The relationship between the siblings was so real and true. Ron running at the fireplace? Charlie running to intercept him? Genius. And, just, so Ron.

Draco's teasing to Ginny (I'm starting to get tired of making excuses for you, Ginny, I really am) had me laughing out loud. He was truly such a fun character to read and enjoy. I'm ready to start advertising this story for any of my fellow D/G shippers who haven't had a chance to read it.

The way you wrote Draco and Ginny just made sense. And sometimes it's hard to make characters with such a dark past make sense together but you did it, and you did it in an extremely light-hearted way. I love D/G, and I love writing them, but sometimes the process doesn't go so smoothly of making the beginning of their relationship make sense without some forced plot (Marriage laws, forced in each other's company, in danger somehow) but you did it. They got together because, honestly, Draco had a crush on Ginny and, though suspicious of his intentions, she fell for him back.

I am in LOVE with this story. Everything about it. Your relationship between Hermione and Ginny is absolutely wonderful. I love stories where the two girls are friends, as there aren't many good ones that showcase that.

And everything about this date- Ginny's confusion over her growing feelings with Draco, Draco's tiredness from nightmares, her decision to look at his arm (knowing she shouldn't and not caring), his response- was amazing. Wonderful job.

Charlie with the broom? Classic. And Ginny being the one who lures him away with the promise of a good story about Malfoy? I love it.

Also Ron and Ginny's moment together? Abandoning their current fight to deal with an issue together? That is basically my motto with my little sister. When we fight it's crazy and intense but we're always teammates when there's an issue.

As I said before, your banter between Draco and Ginny is perfect. Very in-character. Ginny not trusting Draco, but allowing herself to enjoy his new personality, is so very true to her. And Draco's reasoning for everything? I really, really like it. Because it feels true to him.

I must say, this is one of my favorite ways I've read of exploring a relationship. Not only do we get to see Draco and Ginny from the start, we also get to see Ginny with all of her brothers, with her best friend Luna, and her sister-in-law Hermione. Very original.

Honestly, this story is just so fun to read. Your banter between Draco and Ginny is light and amusing, despite their dark past. And your new developed Draco, older and different from how he was after the final battle, is... extremely realistic.

And your Ginny. Ugh. I love her. She's such a fun character to read/write and I feel like she doesn't get the love she deserves. You're doing an amazing job and I can't wait to see what happens next.

The Weasley family is honestly the most exciting family to write and you do it *so* well. Each brother has a different personality and different ranking in their group. But they *are* a group, a band that's united even when they're fighting among each other. And, as one of four children, I can agree with that wholeheartedly.

A brilliant story, so well written with a unique plot that I haven't come across before. The idea of Ginny's six elder brother's interrogating her was gold and you had a wonderful grasp on all their dynamics. It was true to their characters without being over dramatic. Beautiful.

I always admire writers who can capture humour and no angst between our favourite star crossed lovers and when I found myself laughing in every chapter between the clever banter or real chemistry it made me all the more eager to read on. Well done, loved every bit of this!
