And I love how Peeta said when he comes out of the arena he'll convince Katniss... and then she says he doesn't need to convince her at all.

I think this was one of your best stories! I know it could have kept going, but I think it was a beautiful ending regardless. I appreciated you keeping some of the story cannon, the little details you made sure to incorporate were great! I was very impressed with all of the details of the games that you came up with, like the arena, the names of the tributes, the way people were killed, everything was very well thought out! Great job! I wish there could be more to this story, but then again it kind of falls into the cannon if you think about except now Katniss really does want to marry Peeta. Amazing, really, I loved it!

Loved this. It's nice to see Katniss being more open to her feelings and Peeta is, as always, a darling. It was brave of Hadley to go into the Arena prepared to not come out but that would be a better option than the life of a Victor and all that entailed. Outright rebellion isn't far away for the Districts in this world and I can see Katniss and Peeta spearheading this together as Mockingjays. Thanks for sharing!

I've been reading several of your fics recently...just happened upon them. I loved this one...different, but I still feel at home with the characters. I like Everlark loving each other without Katniss fighting it so much. A little more grown up.

Loved that Haymitch was a big part of the story...and we got a peek at a "real" Effie. I'm a Hayffie shipper...so love to see their characters expanded from the original anytime
