Oh my goodness, this was just delightful! I love how you made Grimmjow to be cocky & self-assured but not obnoxious. And Toshiro, your really have his personality nailed. Writing him must be your forte.

So much work seems to have been put into the character development here. Tiny touches of other characters waiting to be explored - Madarame the possibly psycho supply guy I especially like. I really thought this was going to be chapter one of more to come. It stands alone brilliantly but more would certainly be welcome.

Excuse me as I gush:
omg, I've never read an AU like this, and I really loved everyone's job positions. I wouldn't have pinned Grimmjow to be an artist, but it suits him, and Hanataro and Yumichika were just perfect.
Gin and Hitsugaya make for an unlikely friendship that really works well (I can never see them as friends so). It's nice that, even if Hitsugaya doesn't like something Gin says, he still sticks around.
And Grimmjow's mind is just a wonderful place full of pretty things at every turn, with every person he sees.

Gosh, I would LOVE to see more, but I am content with this. (0u0 )
(The only thing I would like to point out is one, little typo. D There's a "Grummjow" in there, and I don't know if you want to fix that or not.)

I loved this! You half to make a sequal! I have never read Toshiro x Grimmjow, and this was amazing :)
