Damn. This is so depressing. It really makes me wish that Merlin could de-Merlinify himself sometime before this point and kill Morgana. Because, really. This moment *so* needs to be avoided! And then he's immortal, right? Living on after Gwaine and Arthur and Gaius and Gwen are gone? Ugh. Double ugh. Great story, though. :D
