This work hasn't been updated since 2012, and is most likely abandoned. It's a damn shame in my opinion. The prose is excellent (maybe even professional-quality), and it's extremely rare to see someone who can capture the "voice" of the original characters so well and so convincingly. Here's to hoping that you come back to this someday.

This is wonderful! So suspenseful, and I loved the way Elinor handled Lord Dagon. It seemed so like her. I'm also glad that the boys went along. The girls' rescue, or escape, wouldn't be nearly as fun without them there. I think that not only is Merida there for Dagon's son, but that Elinor is there for Dagon himself. Either way, I can't wait to see how this plays out. The writing flows so smoothly. It drew me in right away. It doesn't seem too violent, but if it gets any more intense than this I'd up it to a T rating, just to be safe. I've heard Fanfiction can be sort of picky about that stuff. Hope you update soon!
