Sigh, I'm glad I have a google translate extension for my browser, because you've failed to put in any translation for the german phrases. Sigh, authors putting in secondary languages and not putting translations is one of my pet peeves. Oh well, at least german translates. I've seen people put in japanese and google can't handle it unless it's in japanese kanji. Although I recommend going back and maybe putting translations for the phrases either in parenthesis after the phrases, or in an author's note at the end of the chapter, as you can't expect all your readers to either be fluent in german, or to go to an online translator to figure it out for themselves.
