No I agree with you completely. Humanity, unfortunately, is full of prejudice. And I'm glad you didn't go down the route of 'everything-is-ok-now-so-we-can-all-live-happily-e ver-after'. I also really sympathise with Ben. And this particular fanfic made me all the more sympathetic towards him.

It was good story but sad. I wish ben just beat them all up but what he said worked :)

Sad to say I could see this happening. Just look at all the equal rights struggles people face todat WITHOUT an alien invasion! But you went about it the right way: blunt, to the point. It really got the message across without the all-too-typical cliches. Loved Ben's moment when he stood up to his classmates. It was powerful and frighteningly in character. I could envision it so well it was almost like a little Connor Jessup was in my head, reading the lines to me! Another phenomenal job-hope to see more from you soon!

Very saddening but also believable. Poor Mason family - I really hope that in the show that they all survive the alien invasion and can be there for each other when all is over, as this depicts.

This story was very well written. Great job! I love Ben's speech in class when everybody's being harsh and malevolent. I can't wait to see what else you write!
