GOSH! This is the BEST STORY EVER! I'm not gonna lie I might be a bit biased seeing as I've spent everynight in the last couple weeks imagining how it would be if Scorpius got sorted into Gryffindor, and THIS is almost exactly how I saw it going. Scorpius would be a really shy boy with no friend, very self-concious, admirative of the Golden Trio and very worried about belonging somewhere. The only difference would be that I couldn't decide whether I wanted Rose and Albus to befriend him from the get-go or if he would remain very lonely for a long time (I can sometimes be very sadistic to fictional characters).
But this is wonderful! I love every detail of it! Albus can't fly a broom? Dig it! Neville totally becomes a mentor for Scorpius? Love it! Wood is now the flight instructor?! Adooooore it! (I think I remember reading somewhere that after Hogwarts he went to play for Puddlemere? The idea that he goes back to teach once he's retired is golden!)
What I'm getting at is, if you ever wrote more of this, or ever feel like writing more, I will be there to read it!
