Author-sama, I think it was really really good! I don't know what you were worried about! It's one of the few ShikaTem stories that don't really change who they are at heart. :) Although they aren't who they are shown to be, I really like their inner sides the way you've written it. And the story is perfect in length-not too long, and not too short.
This is a really, really beautiful story. Please write more like these! :)

Very nice story I agree that Shikamaru is not made for the kind of stuff in ANBU
I do like the ending she gave all of her heart to Shikamaru so she not able to lose anything.

Only thing is just your last sentence you've got "She had him given whatever heart she had"
would not be better if it was "She had given him whatever heart she had" maybe I am just fussing about a minor detail I just found it bit odd reading it like that.

Well, i'm not sure I got the message, i'm positive I did, but you never know! hehehe
Anyway, great fic, they're so mature and in character that i just can't help but love it!

Hello. I read this a while ago I just never reviewed. Just yesterday I started reading some of your other fics and every single one was great and amazing and you are such a good writer! I would love it of you would write more shikatema they are amazing and you write them so well wether in a funny fic or one more serouse like this one. Anyway great job and keep writing

Though my mindset about Shikamaru's tendencies differ slightly from yours, I can appreciate this perspective, especially since it was comforting having these two complement each other so much; each fulfilling their shinobi roles in the ways they're able to.

Also awesome that they love and accept each other so unconditionally!
