hey I'm a big fan of your thousand years series and have been rereading it several times lately. I've been wondering if you've been thinking of continuing this with Days of Future Past and Apocalypse. it would be an interesting take. I love how you've written the story between Erik and Charlotte over the years and how they never stopped loving each other no matter what they did to each other. please keep writing.

This is just absolutely amazing! This is surely one of the best, if not the best, xmen fanfics I've read. I loved how nothing was rushed. Everything was carefully paced and I'd rarely see a character being OOC. Personally, while reading the story, I can imagine those characters doing exactly what you wrote they would do given the non-canon situation. Admittedly, this story took me on an emotional rollercoaster too. I can't deny I didn't cry when Charlotte died (oops, spoilers for those reading the reviews first :p) or when the reuniting scene happened (I don't wanna spoil TOO much ;p). Then again, maybe I'm just a sensitive person haha. Amazing writing. Keep up the good work! I love it. 3 Definitely a recommended female Charles fanfic.

Aargh! Dammit, this story is so good. I reread it on a regular basis and now all I want is for someone (preferably you) to write fanfic of it where Anya survives, because you teased her powers so well I want to know what she could have done. And also Erik's reaction to having a (living) daughter, and just— I'm sorry, I'm going to stop babbling now :D

I loved this story. I was amused by the budding romance. I was intrigued by the way you explained Charlotte's appearance at Three Mile Island. I cried when you had Charlotte die. This was an amazing story.

This was just a phenomenal story! I absolutely loved the way that S.H.I.E.L.D. was integrated and that you actually got the facts right between bloodlines. Not many people include the twins (when they include him having children) or even know that they are Erik's children. Just the way that this entire story was fabricated was pure genius!

one of my favorite X-Men fiction. do you think that you can write another story off this but make it of off the new X-men days of future past? u just have from all the other movies and i thought maybe you can add more from the new movie. think about it and hope to see from your after notes or on your profile.

No matter how many times I reread this story, I bawl just as hard as the first time I read it. You broke my heart over and over with Charlotte and her dedication, loyalty, and undying love to Erik. I was so moved everytime she found in herself to forgive him. There aren't many stories about femaleCharles/Erik, and so I'm grateful to have found this one.
Still drying my eyes, damn. From him leaving her on the beach, to the miscarriage, to their letters, to him telling her about Stryker. Everything hurts.
And goddamn, Erik had me conflicted this story. I kept trying to convince myself he was underserving of her love, but so many times he proved me wrong. During the very first letter they exchange, he says something about Charlotte being the only person he could forgive. And always includes how he should have died. And always calling her liebling until the very end. I cried too many times.
Finally, what made me most sad, was the fact that they were so close to being together. To settling down, and having kids and maybe opening a school together. I almost feel as if it were their destiny to be apart, be able to be so close but never touch. They were doomed from the start, and Charlotte acknowledges this. Acknowledges what could have been but never was.

Finally, since days of future past came out, I wonder if you will maybe rewrite this story to fit with that storyline. It will be interesting to read if you do.

Thank you for this story. It was a good, heart wrenching read. It was worth all my time.
