Too bad you ended it here! I would have loved to read Parmen's reaction to seeing Alexander at the helm of that ship.

Not to mention the fact that everyone is thoroughly juiced up on kironide and more powerful than he is.

What an interesting spin off on this episode. It makes me want to know more about Alexander and his travels. Really clever and novel.

Continuing this? To be honest, it never occurred to me, because I wrote it for the (now defunct) Star Trek: Strange New Worlds contest. (It was an honorable mention.) But I can see some possible futures.

BTW, my version of Alexander was based on Lois McMaster Bujold's "Miles Vorkosigan" and what I've read about the actor. Just a little side note.
