I really like this, and to make it even better I have a tiny correction for you. It was the Sixth Doctor who had the blond curly hair. The Fourth was brown. (Of course that could be an intentional error, but just in case it isn't I thought I'd point it out for you.) Something that you could add is that the Sixth Doctor looked like one of the Gallifreyan Chancellery (I think that's how you spell it) gaurds Maxil.
