Nice plot but there are lots of errors. Some sentences don't even make sense so sometimes it's kind of hard to read.

You know, SHIELD could be sued like fifteen times over. They've got cameras everywhere(obstruction of privacy), cameras and listening devices in foreign countries, they take away any tech too advanced for the world and use it themselves(academic sabotage or something like that, theft), and Asgard has no extradition treaties with America. So Loki would be tried in America. Plus, I'm pretty sure deciding to bomb Manhattan was not a decision of the US government. The US government would probably be angry at SHIELD, everything they're doing. Let's not get started on the illegalities involved with the Avengers Initiative, or their treatment of Bruce Banner. Illegaly misdirecting planes, too.

Make Loki win! If he gets caught he'll have to be punished and ther won't be a proper sequel!
