Sublime! You're obviously as talented as LMM herself, Dancing Bohemian. I must applaud both Diana, "You mean like Gilbert Blythe?" and Anne, "this boy that the fairies loved was a thousand times better than Gilbert Blythe..." and of course Anne's description of the nymph.

I'm thinking of a fanfiction myself, a crossover between Anne of Green Gables and a (completely different) TV sitcom that also helped me endure my secondary-school days. But I know my story won't be able to compete with this one.

This story was really great because you really captured L.M Mountgomery's writing style whcih I love so much. Yet, you also had a touch of your creativity which made this story even more beautiful then it already is.

Hey, cute! Yeah, I don't know why more fan writers don't use Anne's childhood days either. That's the best part of the best book in the series. Those 170 or so pages are what really secured Anne her place in literary history. Anyway, your story is a nice change of pace.

Its refreshing too see a story about friendship! We rarely get too see stories of Diana and Anne young and just exploring...being children. Great work :)
