This made me cry a little (ok maybe a lot) and im at a sleep over and my friend is like Jana, Dafuq u crying about!?

Hey. This was a great story. :) But there's something I actually might kill you for:
Grammar.
Most of it's fine, but please, please, stop with the run-on sentences. And I mean that in the nicest way possible. You're story is amazing, but it could use some commas. For instance,
"Looking up she saw Jade sitting on the gravestone and smiling down at her before pushing herself off the stone and placing her hand on her face."
That's a major run-on. Instead,
"Looking up, she saw Jade sitting on the gravestone, smiling down at her. That was before pushing herself off the stone, and placing her hand on Tori's face."
And also, at the end, Cat should have said "I love you, too." Not "two". The words may sound the same, but they have completely different meanings.
And in your A/N, the band's name is Evanescence. Good taste, though. They're one of my favorite bands :)

Aw man, I don't like Jade dying. She's one of my favorite characters besides Tori and Cat.
