darksidechick chapter 1 . 3/23 ~An AU where Anna and Elsa grow up to be Arendelle's classical tale of 2 long lost sisters elsewhere after one traumatic childhood accident, whereas, Hans grows up to be the Southern Isles' long lost 1st youngest princely brother elsewhere~ They've seen a large city. "What is that?" "That's Arendelle." "Elsa and Anna have been orphaned last 3 years since Agnarr and Iduna died which was something neither of them deserved at all." "Arendelle and the Southern Isles are neighboring royal kingdoms." "Arendelle's classical tale of 2 long lost sisters have been living their own different, distant, free home-lives elsewhere separately far away from Arendelle since one traumatic accident, whereas, the Southern Isles' long lost 1st youngest royal crown princely brother grew up in another home elsewhere wherever he was correctly trained how to make efforts to rightfully earn the throne of any other kingdom in case if not the Southern Isles." INTERIOR. ARENDELLE'S CHAPEL "This is where Agnarr's coronation ceremony took place, and Agnarr was crowned to be Arendelle's king, isn't it?" "Yup." EXTERNAL. THE KINGDOM OF ARENDELLE Arendelle was often heard about, how that was where the first settlers of their village came from, as well as neighboring ones, told of how 2 little girls once lived in the entire kingdom, before one traumatic accident caused them to live their own 2 different, distant, free home-lives elsewhere separately far away from Arendelle. The elderly folk claimed that 2 royal crown princesses have grown up to be Arendelle's former residents elsewhere separately since one traumatic accident. There was only silence. As they came to the town centre, they've seen the building that was still relatively standing - the palace, a familiar, humble castle, built of wood, nestled in a deep fjord was none other than Arendelle itself. Arendelle changed during the time Elsa and Anna have been gone for last 13 years when they've grown up to be Arendelle's classical tale of 2 long lost sisters elsewhere since one traumatic accident, but during the other time Elsa and Anna have been orphaned last 3 years since King Agnarr and Queen Iduna died as well. The streets have been darker and drearier than before/ever, but the whole entire kingdom of Arendelle was more unwelcoming than before/ever as well since Arendelle fell into sadness. The kingdom of Arendelle vanished through the tree line. "Only one princess and the other princess is being coronated as queen." "The Snow Queen's based off Arendelle's 2 long lost sisters, one's a pure mortal is Anna and the other has the powers of winter since she was born with them is Elsa." "One's a sunflower is Anna and the other's a snowflake is Elsa." "One has strawberry blonde hair is Anna and the other has platinum blonde hair is Elsa." "This is where Elsa and Anna used to live together, isn't it?" "Yup until the moment Elsa grew up far away from this kingdom elsewhere, Anna grew up away from this place elsewhere, too, since one traumatic accident." "One's raised as anything else at heart even more than only royalty elsewhere is Anna and the other's raised as nothing but royalty elsewhere is Elsa." "One's raised by non magic, ordinary childless human grown adult low-borns, non royals and unfit royals who normally show wilderness, worship magic correctly elsewhere is Anna and the other's raised by more natural, more precocious, more well rounded, childless human grown adult fit, real, royal, richer, wealthier, higher upper class, noble, gentry, more luxurious, overprivileged highborns, professionals and perfectionists who normally show courtly manners in public, know how to deal with the ice powers properly elsewhere is Elsa." "One grew up together with non magic, ordinary childless human adult, low-borns, non royals and unfit royals who normally show wilderness, worship magic elsewhere is Anna and the other grew up together with more natural, more precocious, more well rounded, childless human adult fit, real royal, richer, wealthier, higher upper class, noble, gentry, more luxurious, overprivileged, highborns, professionals and perfectionists who normally show courtly manners in public, know how to deal with the ice powers properly elsewhere is Elsa." "Poor Agnarr and Iduna really miss their daughters a lot." "I know, right?" "Worst of all, Elsa and Anna have been orphaned last 3 years since Agnarr and Iduna died." "Poor Elsa and Anna, orphaned at the ages of 18 and 15." "Poor Elsa, orphaned at the age of 18." "Poor Anna, orphaned at the age of 15." "Elsa's 21, whereas, Anna's 18." "They were born 3 years apart." "Arendelle's 2 orphaned sisters still live their own different, distant, free home-lives elsewhere separately far away from here." "It'd likely Anna the creeps, but it'd likely break and tear Elsa's heart out to see their old former childhood home in such a state as well only if, when or once they finally return back to visit at last." EXTERNAL. ARENDELLE'S ROYAL GARDEN "Any other gardeners who don't live in the kingdom of Arendelle usually come to work to make the garden look more and more beautiful, more gorgeous, lovelier and prettier just to impress Arendelle's 2 long lost sisters only if, when or once they finally return back to visit." EXTERNAL. ARENDELLE'S ROYAL COURTYARD "Elsa and Anna have came back here one, last time since one traumatic accident until they live their own, different, distant, newer, stronger, better, free home-lives elsewhere separately far away from here when they've grown up to be Arendelle's classical tale of 2 long lost sisters." "But where are Arendelle's other royal residents since Agnarr's and Iduna's undeserved deaths?" "Let me guess. Arendelle's royal castle guards, Arendelle's servants, Arendelle's maids, Arendelle's butlers, Arendelle's council and Arendelle's other royal castle staff?" "Yup." "I wish I've known, but we have to find out ourselves." INTERIOR. THE KINGDOM OF ARENDELLE They opened up the doors. "Man, this place's nothing at all but rather overly noiseless." "It's completely darker inside as well, isn't it?" "Yup since Elsa and Anna have grown up to be Arendelle's classical tale of 2 long lost sisters far away from here even before and after Agnarr's and Iduna's undeserved deaths." "At least we have flashlights." "I still hate the fact that anything has to change for worse." "I know. I do as well." "We need to go upstairs, there's something I need to get and do before we settle for the night." They started walking upstairs. "So, you live here?" "Well there's not many places to live in the north, besides people who used to live here, have grown up far away from here years ago, like Arendelle's 2 royal sisters so nobody else was using it anymore, if I'm wrong." When they've gotten to the top of the staircase, a large painting, its colors somewhat faded over time like the rest of the inside of the palace, yet what it depicted was still clear which caught their eyes. It was of 4 people, who they could only guess were Arendelle's royal family; King Agnarr, Queen Iduna, and their young daughters. The older one who looked no older than 8, was Princess Elsa. Next to her could only be Princess Anna. She looked no older than 5. Although it was clear that she had been trying to look as regal as possible, they've had the feeling that the painted pictures of 2 little princesses probably cause some suspicions. "You know, if it's been last 13 years since one traumatic incident, Anna's 18, whereas, Elsa's 21." "You know what happened to Arendelle's 2 royal crown princesses?" "Well, according to the tales, after one traumatic accident, Anna ended up being raised by non magic, ordinary childless human grown adult low-borns, non royals and unfit royals who normally show wilderness, worship magic correctly elsewhere, whereas, Elsa ended up raised by any more natural, more precocious, more well rounded, childless human grown adult fit royal, richer, wealthier, higher upper class, noble, gentry, more luxurious, overprivileged highborns, professionals and perfectionists who normally show courtly manners in public, know how to deal with the ice powers properly elsewhere." "So Agnarr and Iduna have lost all their custodies of their own 2 daughters to childless human grown adults, haven't they?" "Neither Agnarr nor Iduna were fit to raised gifted magical powered nor ordinary children by themselves correctly one at the same time from the very start. See, from what we know, the time after one traumatic accident and before Agnarr's and Iduna's undeserved deaths, Agnarr and Iduna still ruled this kingdom." "After all, this castle doesn't really belong to anybody anymore, does it?" "No." "After all, Arendelle's real owners abandoned this place for years, didn't they?" "Yup." "There's nobody else left from Arendelle's royal family around to claim this place, is there?!" "No." "If Grand Pabbie never removed Anna's knowledge of Elsa's ice powers, Anna and Elsa would've grown up here." INTERIOR. ARENDELLE'S GREAT HALL "This is where Agnarr and Iduna ruled, but this is where their daughters used to play together with Elsa's ice powers as well until one traumatic accident before Agnarr and Iduna have taken their daughters to the rock trolls to get Anna's head healed." "One grew up to be anything else at heart even more than only just Arendelle's sheltered royal crown princess, less isolated, less lonely elsewhere far away from here is Anna and the other grew up to be less isolated, less lonely in the colder, frostier, snowier, more magical, bigger, huger, larger, fancier, sparklier, shinier, more gorgeous, prettier, more beautiful, lovelier, better looking winter mega ice kingdom in the magical lands elsewhere far away from here is Elsa." INTERIOR. ARENDELLE'S ROYAL LIBRARY "Any other bookish bookworms who don't live here usually love to visit here anytime they desire." They looked at the room they were in. Above the desk, was the painting of the strawberry blond man they recognized from the other painting before was Agnarr. He looked very comfortable in the role as Arendelle's king and he held up a scepter and an orb. INTERIOR. ARENDELLE'S PORTRAIT ROOM "What nice looking pictures they are." "I know." "Whoever doesn't live here likes to stare at pictures." INTERIOR. ARENDELLE'S ROYAL BALLROOM "This is where balls usually are held, isn't it?" "Yup." The portrait of a slender, fair skinned, green eyed, strawberry blonde haired kingly man with mustache, sideburns, a slender, blue eyed, fair skinned, brown haired, brunette (in a bun) queenly woman, a radiant pale skinned, pink lipped, light freckled, rosy cheeked, blue eyed, platinum blonde haired, princess-y little girl and a fair skinned, pink lipped, light freckled, rosy cheeked, turquoise blue eyed, strawberry blonde haired princess-y little girl all together with each other as Arendelle's royal family. "You know who each of them are, don't you?" "Yes. There's King Agnarr, that's Queen Iduna, Princess Elsa, the little girl who'd grow up to be the Snow Queen and that other little girl there is Princess Anna." "Arendelle's royal family, huh?" "Yup until one traumatic accident." "No wonder Anna and Elsa have grown up to be Arendelle's classical tale of 2 long lost sisters elsewhere far away from here." INTERIOR. ARENDELLE'S ROYAL COUNCIL CHAMBER "This is where meetings are held, isn't it?" "Yup." INTERIOR. ARENDELLE'S HALLWAYS "Oh, great, now we have to take our shoes off. That way, we could slide on the wood wearing socks." INTERIOR. AGNARR'S AND IDUNA'S FORMER QUARTERS "This is where Agnarr and Iduna have slept until they died, which was something neither of them deserved." "Neither Elsa nor Anna have done nothing to deserve to end up orphaned at all." "At least they attended Agnarr and Iduna's funeral until they've gone back home separately instead of coming back here together." "What if Agnarr and Iduna have been regular ghosts all this time last 3 years?" "Wish I've known." INTERIOR. ARENDELLE'S ROYAL STUDY "This is where they study to gain knowledge, isn't it?" "Yup." "Hey, what's this? 2 old diaries of Arendelle's classical tale of 2 long lost sisters who live their own different, distant, free home-lives elsewhere separately far away from here since one traumatic accident." INTERIOR. ARENDELLE'S OLD NURSERY BEDROOM "This is where Elsa and Anna used to be roommates until they've already grown up to be Arendelle's classical tale of 2 long lost sisters elsewhere since one traumatic accident." "Yup, Anna and Elsa are former roommates." "This room's been empty last 13 years." There were all pictures of Elsa and Anna playing together, usually in the snow, building snowmen, sledding snow, ice skating and making snow angels until Elsa and Anna ended up living their own different, distant, free home-lives elsewhere separately since Elsa was 8, whereas, Anna was 5 respectively, and neither Elsa nor Anna came back home to live here again. "Poor girls really did want to spend more time together with each other forever, just like when they were little. This was their old nursery bedroom." EXTERNAL. ARENDELLE'S BALCONY "We could easily see the village outside the castle gates which it's comprised of homes, shops, a marketplace, the docks, and the city's clock tower and the mountains, the vast wilderness landscape surrounding this kingdom of Arendelle. It's here that Arendelle's primary export—ice—is harvested. Traversing through this area could be rather dangerous, such as savage wolves lurk throughout." "Oh, man!" EXTERNAL. ARENDELLE'S CASTLE TOWERS "Whoever still lives here, is free to hang and explore." EXTERNAL. ARENDELLE'S ROOFS "Whoever doesn't easily fear getting on the roof, could slide down to escape, whereas, whoever easily fears getting on the roof, could rather end up injured or even killed." INTERIOR. ARENDELLE'S DUNGEON "This is where any criminals are held prisoner, isn't it?" "Yup." "Whoever rather prefers the large rooms, hates how small this dungeon is." EXTERNAL. SMALL KINGDOM OF THE SOUTHERN ISLES The Southern Isles changed during the time Prince Hans grew up to be the Southern Isles' long lost 1st youngest brother away from here. "This is where Hans used to live, isn't it?" "Yup." "Hopefully, Prince Hans was correctly trained and taught how to do anything and make any other efforts to rightfully earn the throne of any other kingdom properly elsewhere in case if not here at all." "The Southern Isles' 3 other princes pretended that their youngest brother, Hans was invisible for past 2 years." "No wonder Hans grew up far away from here." "You got that right." "After all, Hans deserved to have anything else better to do than being trapped in the shadows of his 12 older brothers." "I know, right?" "Right." "Prince Hans of the Southern Isles is 23." "Wonder if the Southern Isles' 12 other princes really miss their long lost 1st youngest brother, Hans a lot?" "And what if they don't miss their own long lost 1st youngest brother, Hans at all?" "I wish I've known." INTERIOR. SMALL KINGDOM OF THE SOUTHERN ISLES "Hey, what's this? An old diary of Prince Hans of the Southern Isles?" INTERIOR. KINGDOM OF ARENDELLE Arendelle's ghost royal monarchs, King Agnarr and Queen Iduna really miss their daughters a lot since one traumatic accident until Elsa and Anna have grown up to be Arendelle's classical tale of 2 long lost sisters elsewhere far away from here without Agnarr and Iduna much to Agnarr's and Iduna's heartbroken sadness. They still feel guilty for leaving their daughters orphaned during their (Elsa's and Anna's) teen-hood. |

darksidechick chapter 1 . 12/11/2019 INTERIOR. ANOTHER KINGDOM (NEITHER ARENDELLE, THE SOUTHERN ISLES NOR WESELTON) "I thought Anna didn't know about Elsa's ice powers." "Apparently, Hans, she did, until one traumatic childhood accident before that stupid old rock troll, Grand Pabbie changed her magical memories to ordinary memories. Worse, he never let Anna grow up with magical, less traumatic memories like he should've and worst of all, he never protected brats like Elsa from traumatic childhood memories of one accident, either like he should've." |

darksidechick chapter 1 . 11/24/2019 A short while later, Queen Elsa rounded the corner of the other end of the corridor as she headed from her own bedroom to her study downstairs. Her heeled shoes echoed through the empty corridor until one step made a slight crunching sound. Curious, she looked down to see what she stepped on. It was parchment. Did someone drop this? She knelt to pick them up and look them over. There was writing on them. At first glance, it looked like two different sets of handwriting. Perhaps something on here will reveal who these belong to… She flipped the first page around and tried to read. The penmanship was dreadfully sloppy but staring at the words long enough allowed her to make out the message. I wish things could be different. I wish I wasn't such a fool, but I have only myself to blame. It seems I will carry the burden of my mistakes for the rest of my life. I had hoped to present this to you properly, to give us that second chance at happiness, but I cannot go against your sister's wishes. Please forgive me, I'm sure this will pain you just as much as it does me. it breaks my heart knowing I must let you go. I will never forget what you did for me these few months of your stay. You changed me for the better. Per your sister's demands, I'm not allowed to propose to you, but I want you to take this ring anyway. Wear it if you wish, or keep it safely tucked away with your other jewels and trinkets. I poured my heart and soul into this ring. It seems only right that it stays with you. No matter what happens, even if we never see each other again, know that I do love you, and I always will. Hans Elsa raised a brow. "So he did give her that ring…." She muttered to herself. "I had a feeling…" she sighed. "I wish Anna didn't lie to me." She shuffled the papers to one hand to rub her forehead. No wonder she was so moody when we came home. Another wave of curiosity came over her and she flipped the pages to look at the second. This one was much easier to read. Before looking at any other words on the page, she scanned the bottom. It was another letter from Hans, though it appeared to be only part of a letter. There was a nagging in the back of her mind telling her she shouldn't read the page. It was Anna's letter, not hers. Still…after reading the first message, which looked like it was penned before she and Anna left for home, she couldn't help but wonder what Hans could possibly say now. And so she read the first paragraph. It was rather sentimental, and at first she regretted prying into Hans' emotions. But then the further she read, the more her body stiffened up. Surely this can't be… she thought to herself as she reread the message. Anger was growing inside her, and by the time her eyes scanned the last words on the page, the entire hallway was freezing over. One line kept drawing her eyes back and the words sent her into a fury. You felt so… so right laying beside me. I haven't been able to truly sleep well since. It's as if the bed is so much colder because you're not here to warm it. "They did WHAT?!" |

darksidechick chapter 1 . 10/6/2019 INTERIOR. ANOTHER KINGDOM (NEITHER ARENDELLE NOR THE SOUTHERN ISLES) "I love him." "Hans, right?" Anna's elder soul sister figure (not Elsa) guessed. "Yes." "Let him know when you're ready." Anna nodded. |
darksidechick chapter 1 . 9/24/2019 Anna ranted as she crossed her arms. "Humph! Who needs Perfect Elsa? Well I don't! Protecting me's just the duty of a big sister! She's such a brat! Sister-less always fit her better." Deep down, Anna was angry at the fact that Grand Pabbie changed her magical memories to ordinary memories. Unfortunately, getting over Elsa's not easy. "I don't want that brat to get suspicious." |
darksidechick chapter 1 . 9/24/2019 A short while later, Queen Elsa rounded the corner of the other end of the corridor as she headed from her own bedroom to her study downstairs. One line kept drawing her eyes back and the words sent her into a fury. You felt so… so right laying beside me. I haven't been able to truly sleep well since. It's as if the bed is so much colder because you're not here to warm it. "They did WHAT?!" Anna skipped down the halls with glee on her way back to her bedroom. Reading the mere news that Hans was finally back on his feet had made her day that much more special. Of course, Kristoff made some sarcastic and snarky comments as she read him the letter, but she came to expect it. She supposed, it was his way of remaining 'at peace' with the prince. She didn't mind. She would rather him interject a harmless tease here and there than what would only be a constant stream of disdain if she were to read Hans' messages to Elsa. Just thinking of such things made a shiver go down her spine, and she let out a shudder. She paused and leaned against the wall to contemplate the whole situation. Sure, it was great than Hans was back to his old self—well, his improved-old-self, but that didn't really mean much in the grand scheme. He was still a prisoner of his kingdom. She wasn't exactly sure if his house-arrest punishment was still standing. Regardless, he couldn't leave. That meant the only way she would even be able to see him would be to travel there. But… would Elsa allow it? She seemed so opposed to anything Hans related. At least general relations have improved between the kingdoms, thanks to her stay. And it wasn't like she was trapped here in Arendelle…. Right? She swallowed. Ever since returning home, she hadn't bothered to go anywhere. Granted, majority of the last three months, she was recovering from her physical and emotional traumas. Would Elsa even grant her permission to travel out of the fjords? Anna walked back to her room, wondering if she should work up the courage to pose the question. She closed the door behind her and walked over to her console table to grab a new sheet of parchment. Maybe starting a new letter to Hans will help clear her mind. Her eyes scanned the surface of the table to see a crisp notice with Vallacia's royal seal sitting off to the side. "Oh! That's right! Of course I'm not trapped here at home," she said out loud to herself, "The Dowager Queen's birthday is in two weeks. Elsa said I was supposed to represent us." She smiled to herself as she gathered her writing supplies and moved to her bed. She had never officially met the Dowager Queen, nor had she ever visited her northern neighboring kingdom before. All she really knew was what Frederick wrote in his letters, ironically. Oh! I'm going to Vallacia! Perhaps I'll see him there at the party! Or a few other of the princes! And I can meet Princess Charlotte! And….and…. her thoughts trailed off as she looked about her bed with her empty parchment and pen in hand. Something was missing. "Uh… where did Hans' letter go?" She set her supplies down on her nightstand and started sorting through the other letter piles still on her bed from earlier that evening. None of the other stacks were mixed. Oh! My pocket! I showed Kristoff… She reached into her robe pocket and pulled out the folded page that arrived that day. "Here we are. Safe and sound." Content, she sat down and began composing a letter draft. Hmm.. maybe I'll ask Kristoff if he wants to write something short to Hans, too. She let out a yawn. So much for going to bed early. Ah well. There's always tomorrow. I'll just sleep in. It's not like I do a whole lot during the day anyway. There was another knock on her door. Anna glanced to the clock in the room. It's getting late… what's going on? "Yes?" It was Kai. "Your Highness? The Queen demands your presence in her study." There was a nervous tone of voice that Anna immediately caught. "Uh…now?" "Yes, Ma'am." "It's so late…" Anna shrugged and stood back up and slipped her feet into her slippers once more. "Thanks. I'll be there in a few minutes." She heard his footsteps retreat away from the door and frowned. The Queen demands? Since when is he so formal? And since when does Elsa make demands of me? At this hour no less? With a half shrug, she padded out of her room and down the corridor. What could Elsa possibly want? Is she okay? Oh god… I hope she's not sick again. I don't think Marshmallow could take another round of snowgies invading his home. It also didn't escape Anna's notice how the corridor with Elsa's study was significantly colder than the rest of the castle. She could see the double-doors at the end cracked open still. She ran a hand through her hair as she walked, pausing briefly outside the study to regain a sense of calm and composure. Who knew what was bothering Elsa in there… and if the hallway was just cold, was the study frozen over? Only one way to find out. She raised her hand and knocked on the doorframe. "Uh, Elsa?" "Come in, Anna." Elsa's voice was rather short. She wasn't upset. She was mad. But why? Anna bit her lip and pushed the doors open, stepping inside and looked around. No abundance of snow. That was good. But…. The temperature was even colder inside than in the corridor. If it was going to freeze, it was going to be soon. "Uh, hi." Anna waved awkwardly. Elsa was standing before the fireplace, her back to her sister. Her arms were crossed tightly, and Anna could see her sister's fingers tapping against her arms. The last she saw her sister don that pose was when she was forced to deal with Duke Spencer before kicking him back to his ship last year. "You wanted to see me—hey!" Before she could even finish the sentence, Elsa's left hand immediately waved outwards, and the doors to the office slammed shut. The sudden slam made Anna jump, and she stared at the doors before slowly looking back to her sister. "It was a simple request." Elsa said in a quiet voice that sounded far too calm for the aura in the room, almost as if she were talking to herself. "I thought I could give him the slightest bit of trust that he would make the right decision." "Uh…" Anna said softly, not entirely sure if she should really interrupt. What's she talking about? Elsa turned her head slightly towards Anna, though she kept her back to her sister. "I had my suspicions all this time, but I didn't want to press the issue. But it turns out I was right." She paused, "That ring you insist on wearing everywhere? I know Hans gave it to you." "Oh…" Anna said, glancing briefly at the diamond and pearl jewel on her right ring finger. Is that what this is about. Talk about a drama queen…. Anna thought to herself. Wait…how did she find out? Did Kristoff tell her— "What I don't appreciate… is you lying to me about it." Elsa finished, cutting Anna from her thoughts. Her voice was still too calm. Anna wondered if it was as if she was trying to hide something. Or control her powers from exploding out. That would be disastrous in such an enclosed space. "What I appreciate even less…" Elsa began, finally moving from her spot from the fireplace to slowly cross the study. There was a thick trail of frost forming under her blue ice cape as it moved across the floor. Oh no… "…is the fact that my own sister has learned nothing from her experiences and continues to recklessly act out before she thinks." Anna blinked in confusion and her eyes moved nervously from the frost to her sister's face. "I don't know what you're talking about—" "Don't you!" Elsa snapped, and in a few quick strides she was at her desk snatching two pieces of paper from the now frosted surface. "I told him not to do it. Not to propose the idea of marriage to you again. And it seemed he managed to obey my orders. Of course, that detail no longer matters. You both seem to forgot any sense of normal decency and etiquette." "Huh?" Anna stared at the back of the page. It looked oddly familiar. Wait a minute…. "Elsa? W-what is that?" "A letter that Prince Hans apparently wrote to you, saying goodbye." "Wait…what? You—I…" Anna was at a loss for words. "You were snooping through my things?" "No. I found it in the corridor a short while ago." "You… didn't think to just put it in my room when you realized it was mine, did you?" Anna paled. She didn't even notice that the letter was missing from her room earlier. But, how did it get in the hall? Think, Anna…think! Then she mentally gasped. When Hans' letter came, she laid it on the stack with his other pages so she could read it while dressing herself. And then she grabbed it and stuffed it in her pocket. She must have grabbed more than one page. But… the one in Elsa's hand was towards the bottom of the pile. That could only mean the letter in between got grabbed, too… and they've both fallen out of her pocket in the hall. But which letter was it? Anna grew paler. Oh god…. "You'll excuse me for being curious." Elsa said sharply, "Since my sister has essentially kept me at arm's length for months. I thought it would give me some answers—" "Well, it didn't. Can I have it back now?" Anna asked, trying to keep her agitation out of her voice. Maybe she didn't read the other one. I just have to get them back before this gets worse. Stay calm. If I blow up, so will her powers… "No. I'm not done with you yet." Elsa snapped and shifted the papers in her hand to look at the other one. Her eyes scanned the page once more as if searching out the passages that angered her the most. "How could you do this, Anna? How could you be so foolish?!" Anna opened her mouth to speak, but Elsa cut her off. "What in God's name made you think throwing away your most valuable commodity was a smart idea?!" "…wha—" Elsa's eyes snapped back to the page as she read out-loud, "… the bed is so much colder because you're not here to warm it'—Anna, how dare you!" She harshly slammed the paper down on the desk surface. "You slept with him!" "W-wait, Elsa—" "You're an unmarried woman, Anna. You can't just go about jumping into bed with a man! There are rules! Protocols—" "I didn't…we didn't…." Anna tried to explain, only to be cut off again. "Oh, so now you're denying it?" Elsa's eyes narrowed as her voice grew sharper. "Which is it? Did you or didn't you?!" "I did, but—" "That was your virtue, Anna! You can't ever get it back! How could you not think of the consequences? You're the crown royal princess! Do you have any idea what predicaments you put me in?!" The temperature started to drop again. Anna blinked, and then suddenly her face flushed bright red. "Elsa, please, it's not what you think—" "Oh, I think it is!" Elsa cut her off once more, not finished, not caring about Anna's pleads to make excuses, either. "And as if the matter couldn't be any worse, you have given yourself away to him of all people! The one man who could have singlehandedly destroyed everything! Our attempted murderer!" Frost started to cover the walls and the doors as Elsa's rage came out. And were those snowflakes forming in the air? Correcting that statement wouldn't even come close to changing facts or putting Hans in a better light. Elsa's personal truth and views about him were crystal clear, and as usual, completely prejudiced. She pressed her lips together to stop herself from saying something else foolish. How much of this room was going to freeze over before Elsa was finished berating her? "How do you expect to have a future for yourself? The very future of our kingdom is at stake here! Just when I thought things were back to normal. Just when I thought I could trust you, to trust him! This is the last straw. I swear, Anna." INTERIOR. ANOTHER KINGDOM (NEITHER ARENDELLE, THE SOUTHERN ISLES NOR WESELTON) "Let me begin by saying that I am very proud of you, Anna. You were so brave to get your revenge on that brat, Elsa behind her back, if I ain't wrong." Anna's elder soul sister figure (not Elsa) added in a vicious tone, "If that brat, Elsa dares to come here looking for you, then she'll be sorry." Anna's eyebrows shot up at hearing her elder soul sister figure's voice so venomous. But as quickly as it happened, Anna's elder soul sister figure's tone became pleasant and apologetic once again. "Sorry I shocked you. Do you love Hans, Anna?" Anna breathed deeply as she tried to answer her better, elder soul sister figure's question, but her better, elder soul sister figure's hand placed her hand on Anna's shoulder and squeezed gently. "Take time to think about this rather than lie to him, sweetheart. Hans really should've been correctly taught think about it rather than lie to you back then before. "I don't want to be shut out again." Anna pleaded as she begged. "And you know what, Anna? Forgot that spoiled, entitled, paranoid brat, Elsa. You're better off without her. Good thing that little brat, Elsa wasn't around here at all. Unfortunately, there's another thing you'd likely hate to find out and learn with a burning passion." "Wait, what?" "Not every girl or woman is another Elsa. Not every boy or man is a male version of Elsa, either." |

"They did WHAT?!" INTERIOR. ANOTHER KINGDOM (NEITHER ARENDELLE, NOR THE SOUTHERN ISLES) "Let me begin by saying that I am very proud of you, Anna. You were so brave to get your revenge on that brat, Elsa behind her back, if I ain't wrong." Anna's elder sister figure (not Elsa) added in a vicious tone, "If that brat, Elsa dares to come here looking for you, then she'll be sorry." Anna's eyebrows shot up at hearing her elder sister figure's voice so venomous. But as quickly as it happened, Anna's elder sister figure's tone became pleasant and apologetic once again. "Sorry I shocked you. Do you love Hans, Anna?" Anna breathed deeply as she tried to answer her better, elder sister figure's question, but her better, elder sister figure's hand placed her hand on Anna's shoulder and squeezed gently. "Take time to think about this rather than lie to him, Princess. Hans really should've been correctly taught think about it rather than lie to you back then before. "I don't want to be shut out by again." Anna pleaded as she begged. "And you know what, Anna? Forgot that spoiled, entitled, paranoid brat, Elsa. You're better off without her. Good thing that little brat, Elsa wasn't around here at all. Unfortunately, there's another thing you'd likely hate to find out and learn with a burning passion." "What's that?" "Not every girl or woman is another Elsa. Not every boy or man is a male version of Elsa, either." |

Game Of Thrones chapter 1 . 5/1/2019 Frozen AU with Winter-fell's two Northern Stark royal crown wolf princess(es) sisters. Sansa would be Elsa and Arya would be Anna. Now, when I first thought of this idea, I thought Arya would fit better with having magical ice powers like Elsa, being so northern and ‘Stark-ish’ as she is, and Sansa would fit better as Anna, for having romantic dreams, being naive and red-headed. But well, looking closer at Anna and Elsa’s roles in the story and their personalities, Arya and Sansa fit even better as the opposite. Sansa being the graceful, beautiful, ladylike, controlled older sister, like Elsa, and Arya being the energetic, spirituous, a kind of unladylike younger sister, like Anna. A lot of people seem to like the idea of Sansa as a queen, so this would be great for them. Gendry would simply be the perfect role of Kristoff. They're pretty similar, and the relationship he has with Anna resembles the one Gendry has with Arya. As for the villain, I'm not sure. Arya would dream of neither having nor finding romance, not even in this AU, but she'd definitely dream of having adventures, exploring the world, things like that, and be a little more 'tomboyish’ than Anna. So, the villain wouldn’t be like Hans. I think it'd probably be someone who'd promise Arya something along the lines of the things she desires. At least Arya isn’t easily fooled and has a very good judge of character in canon, but I think that being raised almost isolated from everyone would make Arya more naive. Unfortunately, Cat and Ned would still be dead. As for the Stark brothers… they could work in this story, I guess. Maybe Robb would die together with Cat and Ned, and Sansa's the heiress. Bran and Rickon still live in the castle… I don’t know. I guess they could be in this as nice supporting characters, but not to steal the theme about this being mainly the story of two sisters. I think that Arya would be a little angrier at Sansa than Anna, because (much like it is in canon) she'd have come to the conclusion that Sansa keeps her distance from her because she thinks that Arya isn’t “good” enough to be around her. That'd change once Arya found out the truth. Olaf would be Hot Pie. Arya: Do you wanna have a sword fight? Come on let’s go and play I never see you anymore Come out outside! It’s like you’ve been married away We used to be best buddies Now we fight a lot I wish that I knew why Do you wanna have a sword fight? It doesn’t have to be a sword fight? (Just no embroidery!) Okay, bye. Do you wanna play in the dungeons? Or go outside the castle gates I think everyone is way too tall King’s Landing is driving me up the wall! (Joffery’s a prick, Sansa) It gets a little lonely All these boring halls Just watching the sun set and rise (And what do we say to the god of death? Not today) Sansa, I know you’re out there I’ve been wondering where you are. They say, be fearless, and I’m trying to I’m looking for you Where are you now? We only have each other It’s just you and me What are we going to do? Do you wanna go back to Winterfell? Sansa as the unapproachably cold Snow Queen in the North and Arya as the needy little sister who's hurt and confused about how Sansa first grew so distant, why would Sansa neither play nor go riding with Arya, and then Sansa went/disappeared from her life altogether; Arya will do anything to get Sansa back! Even greet Sansa like another proper lady, Sansa would like that! Or Arya as some kind of wolf-y warg-y version of the Snow Queen, believing she’s killed too many people for her sister, Sansa to ever accept her again (“there’s a hole where my heart should be”) and gone to live feral in the wilderness which she’s taken as her kingdom. And plucky red-haired Sansa sets out to do whatever it takes to show Arya she’s (Arya's) still loved and bring Arya home! |
