Puisque j'aime l'autorité du père !...Harvey a cette autorité, il est capable d'être ferme et de punir l'enfant si besoin et le garçon a tellement de respect et veut le rendre fier ! ...

Ok, I wasn’t able to review most of these chapters because apparently I had already reviewed them before (who knew? Apparently not me because I have no recollection of this fic and read the entire thing through as if it was the first time), but this one I didn’t, I checked.

I cannot even tell you how much I have enjoyed this fic like…I don’t think words have been invented. The vulnerability of Mike, while tempered with this bravado and desperation to be manly that is just SO 14-year-old-boy, it really brought him to life for me in this fic. And then Harvey, how you managed to take our favorite closer, back when he was just a career focused jerk and turn him (quite effectively and believably) into the Harvey I just read in this chapter…I just…I bow to your talent.

So many moments brought tears to my eyes in this chap, most of them from Harvey, because Mike’s entire evening was just heart breaking (all the way up until it wasn’t). But the moments that really got to me and twisted me all up were:

“Oh Mike,” He said in a low, sad tone of voice – my stomach wobbled too, Mike

“Why would I ever need another son when I already have you?” – Literally tears and heart leaking out of me right now

Harvey carefully gathered him closer as though he were something precious and breakable - *crying hysterically and dissolves into a blubbering mess on my keyboard

Just…so beautiful. I am ecstatic that there are two chapters left and I am over the MOON that there is a sequel to this, even though I think it may be unfinished, I’m willing to risk the heartbreak for a continuation of this fic.

Hahaha, I LOVE it when Grammy and Donna team up. I also love that Harvey has this innate respect for Edith that he doesn't quite understand.

Mike is totally gonna give him a run for his money. Good thing he has a lot of it!

So, I kind of love this already. Love that Mike was sort of freaking out and having all this private internal dialgue about the situation, which feels very on brand for him. And also love that he didn't let Harvey push him around and demanded answers. Really cute start.

One of the best suits fiction i have even read, and definately the closest to the canon. I was just wondering if you are still into writing i had a few plots in mind for this universe. Anyways, Congrats on your tremendous work. Really enjoyed reading it.
