Surprised I had not come across this before, although at the time this was written I had not yet gotten into the MCU craze. It's a very interesting idea, keeping it light without getting too heavy into how both world could co-exist in the same universe.

I know it's marked complete, but it doesn't feel complete. Maybe it needs to continue until Sheppard's finished with vacation? He could bring Coulson back to the Avengers whether Fury wants him to or not.

I LOVE how Tony Stark dismisses this "McKay" because the stranger Can't 'deal with' A.I. programming issues.
Also - how the Avengers are SO OFF BASE in their assumptions.
(To be fair, They've only recently met Thor, so traveling to other worlds and meeting other humanoid cultures isn't something any of them are able to extrapolate to/from. Thor might, but they use magic AND technology, which doesn't vibe will with Stark - the magic part).

Natasha vs Ronon - he's probably thinking "finally, someone I DON'T outclass" or something along those lines. (Teyla he doesn't spar with - least, not that I recall - but both are willing to teach whoever's willing to learn one or the other fighting-skill. Sheppard just happens to be a glutton for punishment, at least in the sparing ring).

You know, another reason "McKay" probably never popped up on Tony's radar (even if JARVIS and the base AI weren't clipping certain names from the list) is his legal name is NOT McKay. Oh, papers are still signed with that name, but submitted under Meredith.

Very classic fusion of Stargate AND Marvel without making either one unbelievable.

Glad that while Clint and Steve are able to find some things out - like John flies them around combat zones to destress - they still don't know everything. (And Atlantis is going to help her citizens keep it that way).
