Bree Colbern chapter 1 . 1/22/2017 Oh my gosh, this was so incredible! And your first Avengers fanfic? You've got to be kidding! You're like a trained professional at it! Haha, seriously, though, you did such an amazing job on this! :D |
ym4yum1 chapter 1 . 3/18/2013 This is lovely! Captain is the greatest leader cause he’s selfless, and truly cares about doing the right thing and saving people. He’s humble and bright, genuine and trustful instantly. Love that’s Tony who is telling Steve all this! Robert Downey Jr. said at the Avengers premiere: “Everyone impressed me in their own ways… I really like Chris Evans a bunch. I think in a way, he had the toughest part, because Captain America - you either believe Avengers or not, based on, do they fall in line or not when Captain runs the show. I think he had the highest degree of difficulty in a way.” "The glue that holds everyone together" cause he really makes it work. He inspires everyone to do their best. Tony is a genius and the Iron Man Suit is his master piece, but he’s a lone ranger, a champion, but still learning to be a team player. The same with Thor. He fought in Asgard with his Warriors of Three, but not as a true leader, just as his most strong powerful friend. Bruce is a genius, but need the team, to feel safe enough to let indestructible Hulk run free. Cap is no match for their strength, but the best leader doesn't need to be he best player. He needs to take care of each one and know how to use their powers to be effective and efficient, as a team, to win the battle and bring them all back safely! Just a side note, he has super human abilities, exceeding Olympic golden medals, all of them together, including reflex and agility. So, beyond all humans, even the skilled ones like Natasha and Clint. They can know more about spy/high tech, modern weapons and vehicles, etc. But they can’t beat Captain in hand to hand combat. ;) Anyway, I don't like to see him down... "Steve, STOP! This isn't about being modest or humble anymore; you're just trying to put yourself down. Why are doing this; what's gotten into you?" But even super heroes have the right to break occasionally, right? Well done, keep writing! |

willowswelt chapter 1 . 6/22/2012 Good story, I quite enjoyed reading it. I think you caught some of CAs best qualities and the most useful skills he brings to the team. Being able to keep such an "interesting" group together should be considered a superpower on its own. Besides, he was the one to actually do more than killing Chitauri organising the team to use their skills and also helping to evacuate the civilians. Your writing style allowed me to dive into your story. Nice background to the complicated Iron Man Capt. America relationship. I am looking forward to more stories. |
Beccabearlove chapter 1 . 6/22/2012 HOLY CR P. THIS WAS AMAZING. WRITE MORE. I LOVED THIS. |
