Nice chapter. I’m feeling more attached to Tala’s life than Kai’s, though I did enjoy the car scene. If you say things gonna be tense, I’m on that ship! Love drama, angst, suffer stuff and how the characters deal with them. Since I already like the way you describe and wrap situations, I’m looking foward to read about Talas and Kais tempestuous lifes lol

aww. i kinda like the kai-yoko shipping... they can be yokai... what that a type of ghost/demon... Kayo hmm not sold on it. yoka... no reminds me on yoke. kaiko. i think ill stay with kaiko. hehehehe.
I kinda like the pairing. lets face it kai either has to be paired with someone quite and gentle or some one that constantly challenges him but not constantly annoy him with their loud nature. i have a difficult time seeing him with some one long term that constantly grinds his gears. sure help him out of his comfort zone definitely but not constantly annoyed.

lol been binge reading the last couple of days and gotten up to hear so far. i love it. you do a fantastic job fleshing out thee struggles charaters have. i love how even chapters where nothing much happens its still a joy to read.
just a question though. what happened to Spencer. there has been not a mention of him in the present so far, its like hes been swallowed up by the earth.

and most importantly. i miss my bryan. *dramatic whail* lol *wink* love it so far. 5 more chapters to go!

Just spend two and a half hours in the bath reading chapter 4-12, I do love a good binge.

I know I've still not caught up completely but I'm so into this! Especially the bits about Tala, his life is so interesting and I'm absolutely dying to find out how he actually ended up in the Abbey in the first place!

The part with Tala's fight- I always imagine him as getting blamed for stuff that wasn't his fault, as if he always tries to do good and it ends up backfiring big time. Poor Tala, I wanna give him a big hug, I'm sure he'd enjoy that immensely . Also I do wonder what Ian is up to!

I approve of Kai's new pet, he needed a cat in his life, I wonder if he'll be able to take it to school! (I doubt it, v sad, all the feels)

That flashback of Kai and Tala sneaking through the abbey to get Black Dranzer gave me life, I can totally imagine there being numerous attempts- and also the scarf story is adorable x10000

Can't wait to catch up on the other chapters and then painfully wait for the next update haha!
