Really warm, beautiful, vivid story, with as always in your stories, so much captured and described without using too many words. Loved it so much. LOL at your author's note; while your more 'grownup' stories are incredibly well-written, unfortunately I can't read some of them, so I for one am very glad and thankful that you write stories like this one too.

Leveling this off so you have 50. Basically I'm exhausted and can't sleep and I need some comfort reading and I've never reviewed this on here before. So here we go.

He should roll over, go back to sleep. It's not his turn tonight, but the sound of her soft voice comes floating through his office and he's never been able to resist the impulse to know her in these quiet moments. Know her when she doesn't know he's watching. - How stalkery of you Castle! But ugh I love that he watches her in these quiet moments, just is so in love with her. It makes me die a little (a lot)

"Hey," he hears her say softly to the little bundle, raising the baby, their baby, to her face. They touch noses for a second as he watches the smile bloom from her eyes to her mouth, watches her kiss their son's chubby little cheek. "Stop kickin' me." - IM FINE BTW. I love the italics on their. I love that she touches noses with the baby. I love the quiet warmth in it. Just gimme all of it.

Their son adores her, will stop everything and anything he's doing if he hears even the faintest sound of her voice nearby. - I know I'm deprived of sleep but this is making me so CLENCHY (I love when my phone forever capitalizes that word.)

Castle echoing them both from his hiding place behind the book shelf - Stalker.

"Alright well, I'm not as good as daddy at this, but I can try." - vs jan jshxjajahhchahahdhxbshajeuab c. Because he actually IS a storyteller.

Castle swears he sees Owen's little head nod, like he's already keeping his mother's secrets. - insert more gibberish here.

He loves that the two of them have secrets already, that she wants to share them with this tiny little creature they've made. - I really love how not jealous he is. Like he doesn't care that his wife has all of his kids attention because he loves them so much.

(Apparently I've already reviewed this on here. Which means ill have to sign out and become a guest. Oh the things I do for you ;))

Castle sucks in a sharp breath at her words, slaps a hand over his mouth in fear of being heard. And also used to be? - LOL. Oh Castle.

"He wrote all kinds of stories, about spies and bad guys and good guys catching bad guys." Castle can see how bright her eyes are, even from across the room as she leans down to catch Owen's stare more directly. "I love the ones about catching bad guys." - I can totally hear her here.

Oh if the boys at the precinct could only see her now. So ruthless in an interrogation room, so completely goofyfor her little boy. - Hallllpppppp. She would totally be like this!

"I bet he'll write a story about you one day." Beckett slides her palms up his sides, scoops him off her knees to put his head on her shoulder, her secret sleeping trick. "He always writes stories about the people he loves." - Dead. Bye.

watches her cup Owen's little brown head - I was like is he ethnic? Is this a who's the daddy situation we got going on?

He reaches out a hand to hook her elbow, tugging her into him, just breathing until he can't stand it anymore and presses his mouth to hers, slowly, thoroughly. The material of her sweatshirt brushes his chest as she relaxes against him, kissing him back until she can't breathe. Her forehead is warm as she presses it against his, leaning into him completely. - So so perfect. Also I love that she's wearing a sweatshirt.

He wants to push her into the bookcase and press devotions into her mouth - Ahhhhhh. Press devotions into her mouth. Fuck. That's great.

Even with all the words at his fingertips, there will never be enough for her, for this, for them. He wants to make up new ones. - I remember being OBSESSED with that when I first read it.

"Yes. You forgot to tell Owen how into meyou were when I first started following you, how big a fan you really were. He needs to know these things about his parents." - Oh Castle. You're such a cute jerk.

"Or, I could tell him about how his mom's a superhero, I bet he'd like that." - FJSJWJFHSNCJEHVJEK

"He'll have to learn the truth one day, you can't keep your true identity a secret forever."

"Okay Castle." - I love her reaction. Like yeah ok Castle shut up and let me sleep. It's so Beckett.

"I really do think you're a superhero," he says softly, pressing his cheek to her head. - FUCKKKKKKKKK

So my flight was delayed and I spilled tea on myself on the plane (super graceful yo) and I had a splitting headache and my cab driver home definitely ripped me off and yeah this morning has kind of sucked. But now I'm laying down and listening to rain and reading this and it perked me right back up. I forgot how much I LOVE this story. You need more like it!

I'm not usually a huge fan of baby!fics... but this was completely adorable. I love it, absolutely love it. Wonderful job.

Don't be sorry! Because this Baby!Fic is so so perfect! Seriously! I love that Castle just had to listen in as Kate talked to their son - and he's so freakin' in love with the both of them! LOL Dang that's romantic! I love this story... and maybe one day we'll hear more about Owen and maybe another sibling as well! Or not... I love everything your write, so I'll be looking forward to whatever comes next! :D
