In Steve's utter relief, he almost wanted to kiss Tony! Haha! So funny. Hmmm, well, I guess it really is different; watching a sacrifice be made and being the one making it. See, like Cap here, like you've written, he knew what he was doing. But since Tony was the one making the sacrifice that moment, he did not know. At all. Only Tony did. And of course, that is never easy for a friend... or fun, for that matter. Honestly, I love the friendship, love these two . . . Love the Avengers! Love this awesome piece! Super awesome job on it. |

| Jelsemium chapter 1 . 8/14/2012 Loved seeing the battle from Cap's POV. My only question, does he even KNOW CPR? It wasn't around during the 40s. (It occurred to me on the second or third viewing of the movie that probably neither Steve nor Thor would know CPR. Thor would probably have had more luck zapping the ARC reactor with a smallish bolt of lightning.) Loved the conversation, especially Tony asserting that he was trying to outdo Steve's jumping on the hand grenade stunt. |
