well i hate the fact that America died but i like how you showed the true American spirit in this fic. how even though America was fallen his people still haven't given up. and i thought it was sweet that near the end England got a final kiss from America. so besides America dieing (in my opinion America should of lived happily ever with Arthur just because I'm a romantist) this was a good fic!

I love this so much, that I spent 3 hours looking for it tonight. I read it the day you published it and cried. I did the same this time too. I like everything about it, and am going to check your other work.
I even think the word choice, grammar, punctuation, and voice were strong. I think you will be an exelent writer one day. Thank you for posting this, -fitz

This very well may be the first review that I have ever left on a fanfic,(I cannot remember ever leaving one before .) I actually prefer not to comment, but this time I felt that it was inexcusable for me to leave without saying something. This was a beautiful fic. Each nation was kept in character and wonderfuly portrayed. I am on the verge of tears right now and am likely about to go read some cheesy, smutty usuk one shot just to make myself feel better.
Anyway, great work! Love your style. I will probably be looking into more of your work

I can't help but think that America will revive. I guess it's because of that wind thingy and Italy smiling and understanding. I think Italy understands because of Holy Roman Empire? And then Germany comes to Italy and stuff. Yes I support the HRE Germany thing.

Holy hell, I was looking for a one-shot with something with angst... but damn... this had me SOBING. My mom was flipping out when I suddenly burst into tears.

I salute you, this was great. And of 'course America will go out with a bang... that's him. I'm a fan of America, England, and Prussia, if any of them died... well, total sobfest (no clue why I read these when I know I'll cry). But, anyway, I'm STILL wiping away tears. *tries not to start crying again, fails* I salute you.

I always did like to think there is still some American Spirit these days. Everyone always seems to hate on this place for being violent and vulgar, but I like to humor the thought that if America ever does fall, it won't be without a fight This story just boosts the thought Wonderful job :D
