A super story, showing sides of our typical cast of characters one doesn’t see often. Well, Ron and Draco aren’t different.

I think you show the perils of being Hermione. She’s on a knife-edge teetering from being the best friend Harry could ever have and one he’ll drop—and she’ll never know the reason why.

Minerva shows a level of supportiveness one wishes she’d have shown from day one.

Somehow, these two find in each other a person who they can trust and a person who trusts them too. Along the way, they find a companionship that deepens into a communion.

Excellent, rereadable story.
