So I finally finished the first Wild ARMs game and I gotta say, it sure was a great ride. And even though there weren't any outstanding hits to it, I still believe Rudy and Cecilia make a great couple. Though one thing has been bugging me after re-reading this story after I've eaten the game... If Rudy indeed has an artificial body meant to be a weapon, why would they bother giving him genitals? Probably a weird question and one I should leave to "suspension of disbelief" (or whatever) but it was just nagging at me for a bit.

Anyway, once again, I love this fic and it's one of a (very small) few romantic fics that contain sex (and tasteful sex, at that) that I will read plenty of times.

This story is written very well and has a great amount of detail that kinda makes me envious. The romance between the two characters is believable (though I haven't reached a point in the game to make any kind of judgement yet, but I do still believe Rudy and Cecilia are a good couple) and the sex scene was handled really well.

I'll admit that I have read quite a handful of smut fics before but very few (like, one or two) make the first time (or any time for that matter) as delicate and embracing (is that the right word to use? I admit I'm terrible with words at times) as this and usually go off the deep end or into some really weird stuff pretty quick. So this one was really enjoyable and even lacking some detail, in which I'll agree with you, made it easier to imagine them in the act as opposed to some other authors going into too much detail in which reading every little thing makes it a pain to keep the image in your head.

Nice way of addressing Rudy's artificial body through Jack asking about children, I actually had no idea that his body would have that kind of problem. Though Jack's reaction to his own mistake was good and having Rudy and Cecilia consider adoption as a workaround was another nice touch. But I gotta ask something: is the song Jack is whistling supposed to be the song from the opening cinematic?

Ah yes the Vanquishing Princess! In this case, vanquishing the hope of the other smart woman in Filgaia who was vying for Rudy's love and affection!

Really enjoyed the alternate take on how to show Rudy she cares for him in many different ways. I was especially glad to see her take the risk of stepping forward even though she didn't know *exactly* how Rudy would respond.

Yeah, I hear you! But sometimes, I just can't help doing that with my stories. Elizabeth Haydon does a better job of it than I do.
