It almost looks like everyone around Bella is kind of useless and she's the only one who knows what has to be done here... Demetri was right in saying she'd do whatever's necessary at any cost. I can only hope that if she does decide to give Stefan his soul back her shield will save her from the Other somehow, if not straight away at least in time... Also, Aro? You're in a world of hurt if you don't at least appreciate poor Bella after all this! Damn it, man, wake up and stop starting useless fights.

Here for the umpteenth re-read... I love absolutely everything about this story. Every time I get to this last chapter I feel so anxious for Bella's situation, especially since she tried so hard and now it looks like it's all going to backfire... At least the war does look like it's over? What has she sacrificed for it, though, when almost everyone around her feels like she's a traitor? I wanted to scream when Stefan admitted that he knew she had his soul. *sigh* This is haunting and I can't see it all happily resolving itself...
I can't help but hope that someday you will feel up to writing again, this story truly does deserve a worthy ending; in the meantime, I wish you the best of luck with your life.
