| A visitor chapter 7 . 1/12/2013 I applaud your desire to write creatively since it's obvious you have a vivid imagination. However, if you wish to find success among genuine readers, please polish your basics and use them. A fanfic voracious hormonal tween or obsessed fangirl may forgive gaffes or OOC depictions, but a selective reader will not (and which would you rather have appreciate your hard work as a writer - you decide). Also, understand your characters well by studying the original source material instead of relying on the characterizations of other writers and/or a confused sense of who they are as people. Please don't use an update to apologize for not updating. Please don't beg for approval or self-promote (EL James is a rare bird). You have potential, but it's being squandered. I hope you take this in the spirit in which it's written - concrit because you can do better. |
