I wanted to read the apology though. I personally thought the one on tv was half done, honestly. There was alot that needed to be said, that wasn't acknowledged, at all.

When Jane made that remark about Maura children not getting away with anything I think Maura should have replied 'Our children' just to see Jane's reaction. I'm probably getting a bit ahead of myself with them having children though.

So many feels. The way you wrote everyone's emotions...like I was hearing and feeling every sigh and breath taken. As these stories become less frequent , I reread to find again the magnitude of such a gem like this.

Very good stuff. Excellent writing and characterization, with a nice combination of angst and humor. I was late to RIZZOLI AND ISLES, but get the Rizzles following completely. They look perfect together, they seem so right for each other. Too bad it wasn't to be realized on the show.
