This is AWESOME! It's so interesting and funny! Plus the plot is wonderful. Everyone's character is perfect and the interaction between Germany and America, America and Italy, Sealand and Prussia, Prussia and Hungary, Italy and Germany, Germany and Prussia, France and England, and America and England is terrific! I'm totally favoriting this!

This is a wonderfully well-written story! The plot is great, and I found myself laughing out loud several times! You just nailed the nations' personalities! It's also refreshing to find a story that doesn't have pairings. Keep writing! Looking forward to it!

If referencing the previous chapters, I don't think America spiked his own drink. Being that most of the other characters will fall under the potion's spell (I want to see Russia's!) I'm assuming it's going to drive America crazy by the end. It would be good to see more of how this all pans out!

Wow, it's getting even more interesting! And it's refreshing to see some -okay, from what you say very much- OOCness that's on purpose.
Plus, I like how you involved the fairies, but I'm a little confused - does that mean the potion only works with fairies that help, or is it another side effect because it was made and drunk by humans, or is it something completely different? :)
Oh, and I could imagine the last one is for America. Of course because of the colours(though it could be France or someone else who's flag colours I haven't got in mind), but also because of "declares" (y'know, declaring independence and stuff, though it's possible that that wasn't on purpose) and "even the strongest shan't escape"(America is physically definitely one of the strongest, if not -and that's very likely- the strongest).
I'm looking forward on how this will be continued :)
