| Senatsu chapter 9 . 6/5/2013 SQUEEEEEEE It has been a few years now since I ventured out looking for Chaud/Maylu goodness, but whatever the reason, I got the urge tonight. And oh my, this was SUCH a find. I am incredibly pleased to discover not only someone who HAS been one of the other rare fans of Chaud/Maylu, but is a CURRENT fan! I've shipped it since junior high, I think... Which was a whole lotta years ago already! By the way, the story rocks so far. I think my favorite bit of writing, the line that left an impression in my mind, was a few chapters back when it switches to Lan's perspective as he barges back into his bedroom declaring the pie to be ready, and he feels the "shift" in the room, the interrupted tension. That was beautiful. Seriously, thank you for making a wonderful contribution to this pairing, and I can't wait to see more! |

| Amalasuintha chapter 9 . 5/30/2013 Actually, depending on which version of Chaud you go with, the ending fits really nicely-manga Chaud seems a lot more childish than game/anime Chaud-but I didn't really think about it being OOC. And I'm envious of that fight scene-it turned out really well, and I'm glad Roll isn't shown as some helpless Navi who can barely fight. It always was a big gripe of mine that she was often portrayed as defenseless, so any fanfic I see with her kicking butt gets a thumbs up! |
