   Eleid chapter 13 . 4/28/2015 Im crying but for the wrong reasons. I hated and loved this fic. I loved it because the story was different and for once damon had the chance to be loved and happy, he was allowed to have a family, beautifull childrens and wife that loved him so much. I was fine with the fact that after so many years of heartache because of elena, he finally was allowed to find a real home and stop him to be always the one being rejected. And I hated it, because at the end of the day, he was the one who suffered the most (I guess also cadence) and elena just arrived batting her lashes and had him inmediately and all if good for sweet elena. I didnt even saw jealousy or pain for seeing him with another woman. Excellent idea but not that good execution. |

| Eleid chapter 2 . 4/27/2015 Im in love with this story. Im a hard die delena shipper, but for once I like damon and candence, Im tired of him being the one always suffers and is rejected. He deserves to be happy with someone who really loves him and chooses him first :) and elena deserves to suffer for him for a little while. Well done. |
| DElena all the way chapter 13 . 1/18/2014 I was not sure If I want to read a story about Damon with an other woman and kids. In the end I have read it ... Im surprised. It was good. But still felt bad that Damon has kids with an other woman ... feels strange. The story was good. The end could be longer ;) |
