This is fantastic. Really, truly fantastic. I love it. Classic, well-done short story build-up, quick exposé, straight into the action. No frilly bits, but everything raw and true and real. Fantastic craftsmanship, and oh my god, almost made me cry. I am in awe!

This is giving a new twist on the out-screen relation between Angel and Spike in the last season of Angel, and give Spike some new interesting thoughts - he's not as helpless as season 7's Spike. I very much liked this, and I appreciated a lot your fic. I look forward for more of your work!

This is really great. You've got Spike and Buffy down to a tee. My favourite sentiment of the entire story is the same as the other reviewer pointed out. I think it perfectly captures the love/hate relationship between Angel and Spike.

Truly outstanding. I think Angel is always a factor in Spike and Buffy's relationship, whether or not they acknowledge it.

He could hate Angel and hate Angel and hate Angel, after all, and he wouldn't, in the end, love him any less.

Perfect summation of Spike's complicated feelings regarding Angel.
