I loved The Vampire Diaries but it never really allowed Delana to be together. The story line was always pulling them apart, giving Stefan quiet intimate moments with Elena that Damon never seemed to get, even after they were a couple.

You have more than made up for that, so you have my utmost thanks. Well done!

Ooh yummy! Damon teaching Elena how to feed. That was how it should have been. Really intense and you could feel his they were both feeling toward each other.
I'm with Elena I cant imagine blood for breakfast or any and every meal. Poor girl with all shes adjusting to.

Love how Elena and Damon talked more about his feelings and what he compelled her to forget.
The kiss too was so hot and intense and so well described!
But wow the spell requires human sacrifices. Really intruiging! Cant wait to read more!

Awe. I liked this version so much more than the show with Stefan teaching her by having animal blood or all the craziness of her almost not turning because they got captured.
This was so beautifully written and they kissed again! Almost like she hadn't chosen Stefan like she had said before. Love their interactions!

Really neat version of season 3! I like that she is already gravitating to Damon in her uncertainty instead of Stefan despite her choice at the end of the season.
Love your attention to detail and even Jeremy is wishing for her to turn sooner than losing her. He cant lose any more people so her being a vampire is at least something.

Carol told me a whole ago she really enjoyed this story so I figured I had to read more if your work and wanted to start with this one.
Really love the premise and ideas. Interesting to see her rejecting turning and how that will all go. Love it so far!
