One thing though, a few of your 'on's should be 'in's (like interest in women) and the bit at the end, it should be 'walked past John' not 'walked through John' Is English your first language? I only ask because I beta for one of my friends and she does the same thing, so I hope I helped.

Sherlock is so right though, John is entertaining when he's drunk! His arguments were hilarious, and so horribly, horribly flawed. Really John, scarves? . Oh, Johnny.

I LOVED the cheekbone thing! "Those are gay cheekbones!" "Yes, my cheekbones, which you seem to spend too much time observing, dictate my sexual orientation." (Not exact quote cause I'm on mobile, but it seemed Sherlock-y enough) I laughed so much at it. John really does have an obsession with his cheekbones doesn't he? And them proving that he's gay? I look foward to more from you dear, possibly even a Johnlock follow up? Like the morning after Sherlock questions John about 'the other day in the kitchen' and you get a sputtering John denying everything. This was just great, thanks for posting it.
