Thank you. Kurt SHOULD have gotten in. And EVERYONE forgets his National Cheerleading Championship solo. He also has awards from show choir for Regionals, Sectionals those years. Not solos, but still he's part of the show choir that won those.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love you right now. I hated what happened to Kurt regarding NYADA. That would never happen in reality. You choke you fail. The representative likes you, chances are you're in; especially the DEAN of VOCALS! But of course Rachel must get everything and Kurt's got to prove he's that strong. fuckin writers of Glee.
I love that you keep this canon whilst fixing the mistakes. And yes, the sadistic part of me is in so much glee (pun not intended) that Rachel is going to get a rather big reality check. Kurt is talented. His voice is rare. He is a star and deserved more than he got in the ND and the Warblers. (let's face it, Kurt only got a solo cos Blaine asked and the W's were tired of the sexual tension. XD)
Please, please, please (I'm beggin here!) write a sequel. In fact, make this a multi-chap where Carmen gets Kurt to NY (Maybe creating the Tibidereaux Scholarship and getting him to NYADA) and her taking him under her wing. Think about it: Klaine, jealous students, hummelberry tension, kurt trying to find himself in NY, proud Burt...)
