At first the story was really great but then I started to get confused with the whole gwaine thing. I could get past it though but then I got to the part where Arthur killed them all and I'm done I'm sorry but I could never imagine Merlin getting over it so quickly and I could never imagine Arthur acting the way he was. I thing you are a very good writer but there are places that need improvement just like with every writer.

Great story! But there's only two things I don't understand: if Arthur is 20-22, then Merlin is about that age too, and Mordred is twelve. So Merlin was about nine when Mordred was born, but in later chapters, we see that she was both there while her friend (who was either nine as well or closer to twenty?) had a child and presumably helped with the birth, and was entrusted both to hold the baby first and to raise him if anything went wrong. I know I wouldn't trust my nine year old brother to raise a child. And while we're on the subject of Mordred, no twelve year old would cry in front of his friends, a stranger, and his mother figure over a skinned knee and a bump on the head. I am twelve, and no one in my class would cry for anything, he or she would shrug it off to look tough. That's just what teenagers (and preteens) do. I hope I didn't come off as rude, because I really like this story :) -the plot is actually original, from what I've read in this fandom, which is a challenge when there are millions of stories for Merlin scattered across the Internet.
