Great story - this felt probably the truest to what I expect in Season 5, so far.

To say this story was good would be and understatement. It was genuine and true to the characters that i couldn't help but picture it.

Love the dialogue and dealing with two items most don't post-Always fics don't address: Maddox and the bigger scar from having to get access to her chest cavity. I think she will be more self-conscious about it.

Wouldn't be surprised if Castle foots the bill for corrective platic surgery.

This was an amazing one-shot.

Simply put, I enjoyed how you had Rick and Kate the morning after they got together. They enjoyed being with each other without having anything stand in their way.

You did a great job when Kate got that phone call and she played it off. Rick doesn't know that she resigned here which is okay because he let what she did go.

The ending was nice and their banter was top notch.

Excellent job.

I've read a LOT of them and yours felt very fresh. I had tears running down my face from laughing as I read about Castle interrogating and lawyering up :) You did an artful job of blending the sassy humor these two are known for with the new passion between them.
