I'd just like to point out one small detail: whatever translation software you were using, there were a few small grammatical errors in the song. The most notable of these would have to be:
"Gdzie nasi prevails miłość"

I believe that you were trying to say something to the effect of
"Gdzie nasza miłość przezwycięży" or "Gdzie nasza miłość przetrwa wieki." The first is literal, while the second is my personal interpretation.
