Beautifully done! Honestly, the last chapter almost felt like a separate story, so beautiful and bittersweet, while the rest of the story was lovely and full of hope and drama! Altogether, such a wonderful retelling! Excellent!

I just finished this and can I say it was fantastic! I'm crying quite hard at how emotional the end of the story was and I was quite shocked at the turn of events. You wrote quite a wonderful story and your take on Eric and Christine was beautiful.

Oh my gosh you have no idea how much i sobbed at this ending..this was an amazing story! I absolutely loved it..def wat i wld hav wanted as the ending to The Phantom..keep writing cuz ur great at it :)

Im not gonna lie, this actually had be crying, and I mean like deathly sobs. I loved it so much and I think you did a wonderful job on it. I wish this would have been how the movie and play ended. Whenever I see either of them I always wish she had chosen the Phantom instead. I absolutely loved it and wanted you to know how beautiful I thought the ending was. Wow...the last part gave me chills...I could totally imagine everything and saw the whole scene in my head. It's sad but it is sweet at the same time..."Love Never Dies" is what happened between them and that is what makes the story so lovely...great job :) and thank you for making Erik live a happy life, the life he always deserved :)

I honestly don't know whether to smile or to cry. Not quite the ending I was expecting, but very good! Reminds me a bit of the end of Titanic. Also, I like you incorporated the best bits of LND without including the stupid stuff. (I like some parts of LND, but it also has a lot of problems. You brought out some of the better parts in this last chapter.)

Anyway, I'd love to see more one-shots related to this story if you decide to write them. :)
