First of all, throughout this whole thing, Phil and Dan seemed like they switched personalities. All that Sophie girl, she didn't seem at all like a sister to Dan. Except in the beginning, liked the beginning. The cutting thing? Hmmm, can't say I approve. Most people don't like it when you add in stuff like that, its kinda a bit too teenagery. Sorry, but I get enough of that on the internet already. XD
I like your pacing, it did get a little rushed at some points (Like the moving and the cutting bits) but it was overall good. You need to remember to stay way from the teenagery things and, if you can, making the people in your stories less OOC. Which may be hard at first, but its worth it,trust me.
This is the part where I get mean, because this bothers me. Just know its not directed at you...
STOP MAKING YOUR OCS FALL IN LOVE WITH CHARACTERS THAT ALREADY EXIST. IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN, I'M SORRY.
