I'm so sad that there isn't any continuation for this. For someone who recently got back into loving Mass Effect again, this was a wonderful read. Even if this isn't acknowledged, I love this! It's sad that I won't get to see another chapter.

It's a shame you abandoned this story, it was one of the greatest Tali\Shepard stories i've ever read.

Garrus x Liara...I like it. Makes sense to me.

I was about to ball you out about the Khelish words, but then I saw your explanation on how they wouldn't translate because they're actually OLD Khelish words. Obviously, whether or not Sheperd was saying New Khelish words wouldn't matter because english would sound like Khelish to Tali anyway. So that explanation is a clever way to get around that.

And the idea of Old Khelish itself is really cool. Since only a few thousand people or whatever survived the Morning Wars, even if they were all from separate cultures with multiple different languages, they would've had to invent one new language and culture because their population was too small. That is, if they didn't already have one language, etc.

Entertaining story. Despite claiming to not enjoy writing, you're pretty good at it. It reads clean and has little to no errors or confusing parts. It's much better than something I'd expect from a person who doesn't enjoy it.

I think this is about the fifth or sixth time I've read not only this story, but "A Morning on the Homeworld" as well. Your writing is absolutely incredible and the plot you've come up with has its perks, too! I regret not reviewing from the get-go, but this time, I just had to. Your stories were amazing and I'll be sitting on the edge of my seat for anything you post!

I'm loving this story! Tali is the character I usually pick whenever I feel like going back and playing the ME games, and this is starting out as a very interesting and well written work that explores the story i always wanted to know about, but never had the writing abilities to put forth. Keep up the awesome work!
