Is there any chance Cato could leave Peeta with Annie if she is going to be in this? I remember in canon they were friends. So when they move to D4, PLEASE have Cato and Peeta meet up with Finnick, Annie and Mags. Peeta could stay with whom is staying behind. Because I doubt Finnick will allow Annie to suffer a second time not when he can prevent it.
