As you will find out in future chapters, these vampires are more powerful than other vamps so in a way they are like the ooba vamps in season 7 meaning that they do not need an invitation:) Hope this helps if you see this review

Actually Giles is being myopic here ain't he? Buffy died twice in five years while Faith has been a Slayer, uninterrupted by any case of the deads, for four years. This Beats Buffy's record by a year or more.
Buffy died and made Kendra (who made Faith 9 months later and opened up questions on who THE Slayer is).
Then three years later Buffy did the swan dive followed by the 4 month dirt nap while Faith was in prison and very much alive.
Buffy is hands down the longest serving Slayer, but NOT the longest lived one (hence the many jokes about her mortality), not by a long shot.
Sucks, but there it is. Sometimes it really isn't all about Buffy...

But then, when have these danged prophecies been all that clear? Not to mention they apply to anyone who can fit the descriptions even loosely sooooo...
