Holy shit you made me bawl my eyes out. I just read almost all of your stories and theyve all made me cry. Gosh dang you. Youre now officially one of my all time favorite authors and thats saying a lot from how many stories ive read, and if you dont believe me then go see for yourself! I love your style and the emotion you can put into it! I wish to be like you one day! Thank you!

Oh gosh, this gave me so many feels. I managed to hold in my tears for a few seconds, but then they just cascaded down my face. Gosh, this was sad. I was talking to myself like, "Oh gosh, he's gonna be a hero, he's gonna be a hero." Then I thought about Arthur an-I'm tearing up again. I have to stop. This was a wonderful piece, though. Excellent job. :)

This was so good. I cried and I'm not ashamed to say it. You should write a sequel about Arthur when he gets Alfred's letter and the notification of death- if he died. But still, I love your story.

Crying. This was so beautifully done. I love the alternating scenes between Alfred writing the letter and the moments in their lives. God. This was so amazing and so sweet and so sad. I love how you left it open-ended, and even though I know there's a very slim chance in reality that he could survive that, but God, it's awesome because there's hope, you know? I really hoped you post a sequel where Arthur gets the letter. It would be even more tragic if it was given to him along with a notification of death. *whimper*

anyway, this was wonderful. I love how Ludwig was their lieutenant. :D
