That was...a tooootally unexpected take on Mako's character...and soooo good. Wow. I'm impressed with how your writing was so funny, so realistic and to the point, and so detailed, and all of that soo, soo effortless. Great work.

This was such a nice read. I love Korra's thoughtfulness here and the Korra Krew's reactions to her deed. And it's nice to see Mako come to a realization of two about that.

I really like how you showed how Korra as the Avatar has a much bigger role in life than Mako. Maybe I'm still mad at him for that "jealousy" remark from episode 7, but you really put him in his place in this story. Or at least, Korra did. Its nice to have some actual Avatar related topics in fics, instead of just romance [Not that the romance is entirely bad ;)]

I am screaming with joy right now! Finally! A Makorra fic that portrays each characters individuality! Hopefully this story will speed up the process of Mako getting his head out of his ass so he can finally realize what has been standing in front of him the entire time. I love you for writing this.

Probably the single most in-character story of the Korra Krew that I've read thus far. Good job! And I'm seriously hoping for a continuation to this :)

This was really great! A nice moment between Korra and Mako that addresses several issues that do need to be addressed. And everyone was in character. Nice job!

This story is very skillfully written and very in character and canon. I really enjoyed it and I hope you update soon. I'm having trouble describing how wonderful I think it really is. I like all the relationships and how the story is moving. I like the speed as well. It's great all the round!

This is fantastic. Everything-everything is perfect. The characterization, the descriptions, everything. I especially loved when Korra started eating the hot sauce-it just seemed like such a Korra thing to do. I could name all the other perfect characterization moments, but then I might as well just copy and paste the story here.
