Wow. This is such a good story! Really! I discovered it like at 7 pm yesterday and I didn't sleep until I was finished (about 4:30 a.m.). Really, you have so muchas talent!

I love this story, I really do. I love all the family fluff, all the moments of Iris with Dick, all Iris and Wally moments, all Jai cuteness moments... It's perfect. I also like that you always make me laugh with Nightwing and Wally's fights. They are great!

There is one thing that makes me sad (I mean, I don't like it but in a "Why-would-you-do-that-you-have-a-family-that-loves-you kind of way).

The fact that Iris, who was a sunshine and a super good girl, became what she is now. I don't really like that she broke her family's heart, and that all of her siblings pretty much hate her. I guess that what you tried to reflect in your story is how EVERYONE (even if you had a lovely childhood, family and friends) can be taken by the "bad guys". And that's true, and that's what makes me sad.

I hope that Iris really changed. I hope that she feels lost without the bad guys, so that her family can show her that they will always be there for her, to help her overcome everything she is going true. I hope that she doesn't break their hearts again, and that she can prove to them that she really is Iris, the sweet and kind girl that she was (with a little bit more scars and nightmares, but still the same). And I understand that her family is angry with her, but I hope they realize that it isn't entirely Iris fault. She was feeling lonely and sad and needed a friend, a true friend. She took what she got (her Grandpa, someone who is supposed to care for her).

I'm sorry for the long review! It's just that your story is SO good, it makes me feel as if Iris and the family really existed.

You are SO talented, don't ever doubt it. And I will continue readig this story until EVERYONE gets their happy ending (and probably after that too. Your story is so good).

P.S.3. I don't know of it's me, but I don't remember reading anything about Iris and Barry Allen. You know, when she was born how did Barry react, or a story that showed why Barry and Iris were so close. It would be nice to read something like that 3

I enjoyed this chapter.
Saccharine is an awesome word, and I loved the descriptions of each of the children. love that word!
There were a few minor errors that can easily be fixed up if you have the timer: be careful about 'past' and 'passed'. You wrote 'aid' instead of 'said', 'watching momentarily at', 'whopping' not 'whopping'- but they don't take away from the story, and they can be cleared up easily.
I hope the new characters, especially Lian and (poor little) Garth, show up again.

Wow, a whole month! I can see why Iris would be so upset. Either way, I really liked the interactions between father and daughter, and can't way to see how they play out further.
I'm trying to ignore the bad feeling I have in my stomach about Wally, because I know the story still has another 70 or so chapters. I think children often overreact, so i really shouldn't worry.

I really liked this chapter. It showed a fun-loving side to the family, and gave us a better idea of the dynamics. It really seems like a competition they would take part in!

This chapter was sad, but I loved the way Wally and Artemis broke the news. It seemed realistic. Not many parents want to explain death to children.
I hope you don't mind, but I just wanted to point out that you wrote 'awakened', which should be 'awoken'. And 'baited' should be 'bated'. There were a few other small things, like with grammar and pacing, so I think if you ever wanted to go back and fix them up, it'll make for an easier to read, and more enjoyable chapter.
Still, I enjoyed it!

Iris totally sounds like me, changing her mind all the time. If this sets the pace for where the story will end up being- like, if Iris actually becomes a superhero, I'm in! This could get super interesting (even though she's so young).
I like how you've written Iris, by the way. She's believably a child, and that's refreshing.

I used to go missing all the time when I was a kid too, though I don't think my parents stressed to the extent of Wally and Artemis. Still, I can totally see where they're coming from, having grown up surrounded by danger.
I really like the interactions between the characters in this chapter.
