Brain: (Curious) I'm not sure, but we'll ask him once he wakes up.
Brooklyn: (Groans) My head. (Looks around) Where am I? Doesn't seem like New York City to me.
Pinky: (Behind Brooklyn) Narf! That's because it isn't.
Brooklyn: (Yelps in surprise) A talking albino mouse!
Brain: (Clears his throat, getting the white-haired, red-skinned gargoyle's attention)
Brooklyn: And another one! What's going on here?!

If I were you I'd raise the rating to M for language, but otherwise I wouldn't change a thing (other than completing the story!). This story is truly awesome, the contrast between the world weary Brooklyn and the kids/pokemon is a marvel to behold. Please tell me this is going to be finished!

Also, the characterisation is excellent, especially for Brooklyn.

It would truly be a crime to let this story go undone!

I so love this story – its only flaw is its unfinished state. Brooklyn was always my favorite of the Gargoyles, and you've captured him perfectly here, as well as everyone in the first-season Pokemon universe. It's eight years after it was posted, and I know there's little chance that you'll ever finish this (or even see this review, probably) but its still one of my favorite stories on this site as it is. Just had to say that.

Not sure if I should tell people about this fanfic because it's so amazing that they should read it, or not tell them because it seems to be an ever-lasting cliff hanger -.- I'm have wishing someone would just make up the rest, but you've done such work here, doupt someone could pull it off. Plus, that would be stealing the idea :( but come on. Just finesh it pwease?

I wish I had found this sooner! This story is amazing! It is a Pokemon/Gargoyles crossover and it's absolutely NOT off-character. Everybody is acting believable! The whole story is beliavable with all the given explanations and details you put in. And I LOVE how you work with the fact that Brooklyn is a Gargoyle (e.g. the sun burn and the sleeplessness)! The humor you put in makes it perfect. These jokes are not far-fetched, they develop themselves from the situatuions. Thus they are even more funny! I'm absolutely impressed. I think you are a very talented author. Looking at the date of the last update I guess this is never to be finished. Still, I'd love to read more of this! But anyway, thank you very much for writing this. This story really is fun and I enjoyed reading it very much! Thank you!
