This is a really interesting story. I like how you wrote the characters, they aren't like superheroes, they all have flaws. But yet, they still do incredibly selfless things. Well, some characters at least.

Your writing style is great also! I really like the story pace, it's not to low and not to fast.

I really love the direction this story is heading in. I've been dying to find good stories having to do with Sakura going back in time to change the past and stories that generally follows the Naruto series timeline, but with a much stronger Sakura present from the very first chapter.

I already know of a trilogy that is extremely original on it's own. It begins pre- Uchiha massacre with the Haruno clan massacre. This story even goes beyond what the current Naruto series has planned with a very strong, in terms of both mind and body, Sakura Haruno. This is evident in the third story in the series when Sakura comes back from her own departure from Konoha. You may want to check out the stories. You might even gain some inspiration from it. If you don't, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed by it. The story line is magnificent and the author even has other stories with the very same strong Sakura set in modern day.

Anyways, I like on how her "demon/Angel" gives her the spirit she had before she fights with Orochimaru. Anyways I get what you mean on how you had to show her training to show her new strength. Some stories I've read skip the training and only have flashbacks about it.
